The horrors of the Second World War shook the entire world! Besides thousands of precious lives lost, the world witnessed perhaps the most gruesome violation of human rights during the time. In a way the war was a wake up call for the entire world. In 1945, the founding member nations of the then newly formed United Nations came together to draft many radical laws to protect and promote the basic human rights of its citizens.

The first half of 2009 has been sordid thanks to the invasion of the recession, terrorism and new health concerns that have left many key industries across India and the rest of the world in a lurch. Many in China wish to see the re-unification of Taiwan, and most in the upper echelon of power believe that Taiwan is rightfully part of China and should be a province of Mainland China. Some university researchers believe that Taiwan is safe for now because of her military deals with the United States and say; “Taiwan, can conduct such a life because her safety is guaranteed by the US.” To this point I would say that Taiwan’s safety, just like China’s safety is guaranteed by the world, just like the US’s safety is guaranteed by the world.

The economic growth in China has not been appreciated elsewhere in the world, because China has been too busy looking after itself and this has caused some problems in the Global Marketplace. China does what’s best for China, no one else. That is fine, but China could just as easily figure out ways to help them and still help everyone else in the process.

Many of China’s top thinkers have been trying to figure out how to get China over her growing pains, as she climbs up in the ranks of World Power eventually perhaps, attaining Super Power Status like the United States. There is great debate over such discussions. And some in the US believe that the reason China is not working right now is that their country has learned much from Western Culture, except the value of “Win-Win” negotiations.

Unfortunately, he is acting a lot less like a president and more like a dictator each and every year. He has worked to change their constitution allowing for no term limits, thus giving him almost the status of a king.

Just when you thought you’ve heard all the conspiracy theories in the world, another one pops up even more intriguing than the last. It is as if you are reading a Tom Clancy Novel sometimes, and interestingly enough, often, the real world can be better than a novel. Seriously, it would be hard to make that kind of stuff up.
