Thanks to technology, there are now countless ways we can access breaking world news instantly as they happen, and that is through satellite televisions stations like CNN, BBC, CBS and a whole lot of international satellite stations. These international stations are uniquely different from the local TV stations we were used to especially in Africa, they are bigger than the ordinary tv stations, and they have the sole aim of bridging the gap in the world. They are trying to bring the world closer to each other via satellite.

What is cultural competence? Awareness, knowledge and skills are its main components. Understanding and progressing through these stages will lead to effective intercultural communication while enabling successful global management and international business transactions.

For the most part, Nigeria is doing poorly in the health industry. Given its developmental stage however, the country is not expected to perform at the same level of excellence with Industrialized countries.
